The 2025 EOD Technology and Bombing Prevention Summit is excited to announce its call for abstracts. We invite submissions from practitioners, researchers, and industry professionals on cutting-edge topics and innovative solutions shaping the future of our field.
We are interested in presentations addressing the following themes:
- Interoperability: Bridging the gap between multi-service EOD, public safety agencies, and international partners.
- Defense Support to Civilian Agencies (DSCA): Best practices and lessons learned in supporting civilian authorities.
- Manned & Unmanned Teaming: Exploring the evolving role of robotics and AI in EOD operations.
- International Cooperation: Strengthening global partnerships to combat evolving threats.
- Large Scale Exercise Debriefs: Analyzing successes and identifying areas for improvement in major training exercises.
- Engaging with the Federal Government: Effective strategies for collaboration and advocacy.
- Technology Foraging: Discovering technologies that have a place in the EOD community.
- Counter UAS: Tactics and technologies for mitigating the dangers posed by unmanned aerial systems.
- Operations in an EMR Denied Environment: Overcoming the challenges of operating in environments with limited or no electromagnetic spectrum access.
This list is not exhaustive! We welcome submissions on any topic relevant to the EOD and Bombing Prevention communities, including emerging technologies and innovative approaches to existing challenges.
